Autism Navigation Program
Our mission is to help care teams navigate autism treatment,
stay on course and achieve optimal outcomes.
Welcome families! We have created a program to make navigating your care plan easier and more achievable for you.
Our team is comprised of autism parents, doctors, therapists and researchers that have been through this ourselves. We understand how intimidating and confusing the process can be. Autism is a complex disorder that requires a completely unique and individualized approach for each child.
Our hope is that your child is able to reach their maximum potential and we are here to support you every step of the way!
How It Works
Start by completing our discovery process which includes the below intake questionnaire and ATEC assessment. This process takes most parents between 15-20 minutes to complete. This will provide us with important information about you and your family and help us identify where we can help the most.
After you complete the intake questionnaire and ATEC assessment, we will review your information and contact you to setup a consultation. During the consultation, we will review your information, discuss our program and help answer any questions that you may have.
After the initial consultation, we will work together to create a care program for you that includes: a curated collection of educational information specific to your child, referrals, tools and access to a dedicated care team to help you navigate your journey.
